1. Booking and Payment

1.1. All workshops must be booked in advance through our website or by contacting us directly.
1.2. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place in the workshop.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

2.1. All payments are non-refundable.
2.2. If you are unable to attend a workshop, you may transfer your booking to another person by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance.
2.3. In the event that we need to cancel a workshop, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

3. Attendance

3.1. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time of the workshop.
3.2. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult, unless otherwise stated in the workshop details.
3.3. You must leave an emergency contact number for a child attending a workshop.

4. Materials and Equipment

4.1. All necessary materials and equipment will be provided for the duration of the workshop unless otherwise specified.
4.2. Participants are responsible for the care and return of any provided equipment.

5. Health and Safety

5.1. Participants must adhere to all health and safety instructions given by the workshop facilitator.
5.2. We reserve the right to remove any participant who is disruptive or poses a risk to themselves or others.

6. Liability

6.1. We are not liable for any personal injury or loss of property during the workshop.
6.2. Participants are responsible for their own belongings.

7. Photography and Recording

7.1. We may take photographs or videos during the workshop for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please inform us prior to the workshop.
7.2. Participants are allowed to take photographs of their own work, but not of others without permission.

8. Code of Conduct

8.1. Respectful behaviour towards other participants and the facilitator is expected at all times.
8.2. Any form of discrimination or harassment will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the workshop without a refund.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

9.1. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to all subsequent bookings.
